1. Who We Are

AIFied ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by ATELIER KIDSCRAFT S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (CUI: 52105433, J2025049353007), with registered office in Jud. Valcea, Mun. Ramnicu Valcea, Strada Rapsodiei, Nr. 25. We operate the website aified.online and the AIFied platform, providing AI-powered content creation, social media management, and lead generation services.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• A password (stored securely using bcrypt hashing with 12 salt rounds — we never store your password in plain text)
• Your company name and industry (optional)

2.2 Brand Information

When you set up a brand in AIFied, we collect and store:

• Your website URL (used for brand scanning)
• Brand voice, colors, fonts, and keywords (extracted automatically from your website)
• Your business description and target audience
• Logo URL (if provided)

2.3 Social Media Data

When you connect social media accounts, we store:

• OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens (encrypted at rest using AES-256)
• Your username and display name on each platform
• Content posted through AIFied (stored for your activity log)

We access your social media accounts only to perform the actions you configure (monitoring, posting). We never access private messages, personal photos, or data unrelated to the configured monitoring and posting functions.

2.4 Monitoring Data

AIFied monitors publicly available conversations in communities and groups you configure. We collect:

• Public post content, author usernames, and post URLs
• Language detection results and intent classification
• AI-generated responses (stored as drafts or posted content)

We do not monitor private conversations, direct messages, or closed groups unless you are a member and have explicitly configured monitoring.

2.5 Usage Data

• Feature usage metrics (articles generated, posts created, leads detected)
• Log data (IP address, browser type, access timestamps) for security and debugging

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the service: scanning your brand, generating content, monitoring communities, posting on your behalf
• To improve AI quality: aggregate, anonymized data may be used to improve our AI models
• To communicate with you: account notifications, service updates, billing information
• To enforce our terms: preventing abuse, fraud detection

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

AIFied uses the following third-party services to operate:

• OpenAI: For AI content generation and intent classification. Content sent to OpenAI is processed according to their privacy policy. We use the API tier which does not train on customer data.
• Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, Telegram): For monitoring and posting via their official APIs, using your connected account credentials.
• Stripe: For payment processing. Stripe handles all credit card data according to PCI DSS Level 1 standards. We never store your credit card details. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Hetzner Cloud: Our servers are hosted in Nuremberg, Germany (EU) on Hetzner infrastructure.

5. Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored on servers located in Nuremberg, Germany (European Union)
• All API traffic is encrypted using TLS 1.3 (HTTPS)
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with 12 salt rounds
• OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256
• Database connections use SSL encryption
• We perform regular security updates and monitoring

6. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained as long as your account is active
• Activity logs: Auto-deleted after 30 days
• Monitoring data (posts): Posts older than 90 days are anonymized automatically
• After account deletion: All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated statistics may be retained.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: Correct any inaccurate personal data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Restriction: Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances
• Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests

8. Cookies

AIFied uses only essential cookies required for the platform to function:

• Authentication tokens: Stored in localStorage to keep you logged in
• Active brand selection: Stored in localStorage to remember your selected brand

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

AIFied is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we will notify you by email. Your continued use of AIFied after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
